lkx8 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the lkx8 website accessible at https://lkx8.io and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services available through that domain.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or otherwise uses the lkx8 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered lkx8 user account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held within a User's lkx8 Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process lkx8 applies to all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means the payment channels currently supported by lkx8, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and internet banking services of Bangladeshi banks.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action explicitly forbidden under Section 5 of these Terms.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone in which lkx8 operates all time-sensitive functions including session limits, promotional windows, and match cut-off times.

By accessing the lkx8 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the lkx8 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion only; in all other respects these Terms shall govern.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To be eligible to register for and use an lkx8 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by lkx8 or any associated responsible gaming body.
5. You have not previously had an lkx8 Account closed for breach of these Terms.
6. All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Each User may register and maintain only one lkx8 Account. Attempting to open, or successfully opening, additional Accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lkx8 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

lkx8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Upon successful registration, lkx8 will create an Account for you associated with the username, email address, and mobile number you provided during the registration process. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential and not disclosing them to any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensuring that all Account details remain accurate and up to date. You must notify lkx8 support at [email protected] promptly if any registered details change.
• All activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

lkx8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. This feature is available at no cost to all Account holders from within the Account security settings.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, lkx8 will require you to complete KYC identity verification. This process requires you to submit a valid government-issued identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) and, where required, proof of your registered payment method ownership. lkx8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC to lkx8's satisfaction within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.

Inactive Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. lkx8 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive Accounts, as notified to the registered email address. The applicable fee will not reduce the Account Balance below zero. Accounts that remain inactive for 36 consecutive months may be closed at lkx8's discretion following reasonable notice to the registered email address.

Your lkx8 Account is for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the funding of illegal activity.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, including through proxies, aliases, or third-party facilitation.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or pricing errors to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating matches or game outcomes, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or cheating.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to place bets through your Account.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting".
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location or identity.
• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider without first contacting lkx8 support to seek resolution of any disputed transaction.

lkx8 employs automated fraud detection, IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and manual review processes to identify Prohibited Activity. Detection of any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

All financial transactions on the lkx8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using Approved Payment Methods. lkx8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the method level and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your lkx8 Balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Deposits made via Visa, Mastercard, or internet banking may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your Account Balance depending on bank processing times.
• lkx8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which lkx8 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your lkx8 Account. lkx8 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests to unverified or third-party payment methods.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawals held pending verification document submission and review.
• Verified Accounts will typically receive withdrawal funds within 1–24 hours for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for card and internet banking methods.
• lkx8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 per transaction, which may extend processing times by up to 48 hours.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in the withdrawable Balance calculation.

lkx8 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account holders from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all lkx8 bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Account holders aged 21 and above who have completed KYC and are in good standing with lkx8.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific wagering requirement, minimum odds or game contribution rates, eligible games list, and expiry date. These specifics will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before the resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal. Where a bonus has a wagering requirement of, for example, 25x, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳25,000 in total qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Unless specifically stated, Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is used first in all wagers unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• lkx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected Account holders via email or on-site notification where practicable.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, multiple Account abuse, or manipulation of promotional mechanics will be voided in full. Associated Account activity will be reviewed and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process.

All bets and wagers placed on the lkx8 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. The following general rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation message. Bets not confirmed due to technical error, connectivity failure, or insufficient Balance are not valid and will not be settled.
• lkx8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Account Balance.
• For sports betting, in-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a wicket, goal, or run boundary in cricket) has occurred but before the odds have been updated may be voided at lkx8's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. lkx8 reserves the right to impose individual Account-level bet limits where patterns of play indicate risk management requirements.
• All casino game outcomes on lkx8 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for automated titles, and by live physical processes for live dealer titles. lkx8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• All times referenced in betting markets (match start times, settlement cut-offs, promotional windows) are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

lkx8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible at any time from within the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the lkx8 Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any active self-exclusion period, lkx8 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching the excluded Account holder.

Limit reductions and cool-off or self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. Requests to increase a limit or reverse an exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they can take effect.

All content on the lkx8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of lkx8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lkx8 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without lkx8's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the lkx8 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of lkx8 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may give rise to legal action.

lkx8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering for an lkx8 Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

lkx8 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, national identity information, email address, mobile number, device identifiers, and transaction history. This data is used for Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have consented — marketing communications.

lkx8 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform (such as payment processors, identity verification services, and game content providers), all of whom are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lkx8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement caused by data feed failures, and subsequently voided in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if lkx8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lkx8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your lkx8 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination by You: You may close your lkx8 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, lkx8 will process any eligible withdrawable Balance to your verified payment method before closing the Account. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Termination by lkx8: lkx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Detection of Prohibited Activity as described in Section 5.
• At lkx8's sole discretion where lkx8 determines that continuing the Account relationship is not appropriate.

Upon Account closure initiated by lkx8 for breach, any Balance associated with bets or activity found to be in violation of these Terms may be forfeited. Balances not associated with any breach will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any required investigation.

lkx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lkx8 will notify registered Account holders via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the lkx8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the lkx8 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. lkx8 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and lkx8 support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You and lkx8 each waive the right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding in connection with any dispute under these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent lkx8 from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent imminent harm.
